Your First Appointment

The fastest way to book an appointment is to text your assistant:

You: “Book Rebecca Martinez for a Swedish Massage on Thursday at 2pm”

Assistant: “Done! I’ve booked Rebecca Martinez for a 60-minute Swedish Massage on Thursday, April 3rd at 2:00 PM. She’s a returning client — last visit was March 15th (Deep Tissue). Want me to send her a confirmation text?”

You: “Yes, text her”

Assistant: “Sent! Rebecca will receive: ‘Hi Rebecca, you’re booked for a Swedish Massage on Thursday, April 3rd at 2:00 PM at [Practice Name]. See you then!’”

You can also book directly in the dashboard:

  1. Go to Calendar in the sidebar
  2. Click on the time slot you want
  3. Fill in:
    • Client — search by name or add a new client
    • Service — select from your service menu
    • Date and time — already pre-filled from the slot you clicked
    • Notes — optional notes for this appointment
  4. Click Save

The appointment appears on your calendar immediately.

Once an appointment is booked:

  1. It appears on your calendar — visible in the platform’s Calendar page
  2. The client gets a confirmation — if you told the assistant to text them, or if auto-reminders are enabled
  3. A reminder goes out — 24 hours before the appointment (configurable in Scheduling > SMS Reminders)
  4. The assistant prepares a brief — on the day of the appointment, your morning briefing includes this client’s history and preferences

Via assistant: “Move Rebecca’s Thursday appointment to Friday at 10am”

Via platform: Click the appointment on the calendar > Edit > Change date/time > Save

Via assistant: “Cancel Rebecca’s Friday appointment”

Via platform: Click the appointment > Cancel > Confirm

Via assistant: “Am I free Thursday at 3pm?”

Via platform: Look at the Calendar page — open slots are visible at a glance
