Your assistant is organized around three outcomes: Get Clients, Manage Clients, and Keep Clients. Here’s exactly what it can do in each area.

For transparency, here’s what’s outside the assistant’s scope:

  • Process payments — the assistant can track revenue and expenses, but can’t charge credit cards (coming soon with BusyPay)
  • Access other therapists’ data — each assistant is scoped to one practice only
  • Browse the internet for you — it can search for information but doesn’t manage your social media accounts
  • Override your business hours — it respects the hours you set
  • Send messages during quiet hours — no messages before 9 AM or after 9 PM (configurable)

Your assistant has built-in safety limits:

  • Quiet hours: No automated messages before 9 AM or after 9 PM
  • Frequency limits: Won’t spam your clients with too many messages
  • Approval gates: Marketing campaigns require your approval before sending
  • Health data protection: SOAP notes and medical information never appear in text messages
  • Escalation: Flags concerning messages for your review
